San Antonio

John and I have visited San Antonio over the Christmas season every year for the last 3...this will be our 4th.

We love the riverwalk with all the Christmas lights. This year we stayed at a B&B about an hour north. It was just wonderful.

We explored some new areas like Fredricksburg and enjoyed our old favorites. Driving in hill country is lovely but next time I think we'll avoid it after dark due to an abundance of deer, ha! We were careful though and the deer stayed off the road, at least while we were passing.

We shopped, visited the WW2 museum, the Alamo and the Riverwalk. We ate at our favorite restaurants and strolled along paths and creeks. It was a relaxing and wonderful weekend and our Christmas gift to one another...lovely
