March 2008-Big Bend National Park

This is the stone cottage we stayed in during our time in Big Bend National Park....and the other picture is the view from the front porch....it's called "the window" and it's breath taking.

We sat on the porch every evening and watched the sun set...incredible. Our evenings were spent reading, or playing cards. During the day we hiked, explored, rode ATV's, and canoed. The park is huge with more roads and trails than we'd ever have time to explore.
